Kamran founded KZR Associates (www.kzr.co) in 1991 and pioneered the self-improvement and organizational development (OD) movement in Pakistan. From 2002 onwards, KZR has initiated several organizations in its place that are actively serving the corporate, non-profit and youth sectors of Pakistan. They continue working on its mission of Developing the Human Factor.
He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK, where he majored in organization development. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Inc., having completed courses in Management, Executive Image, Effective Speaking and Human Relations. He has attended a number of international courses that include “Leadership for the 21st Century”, at the J F K School of Government, Harvard University; Dr Peter Senge’s “The Learning Organization – Building a Sustainable Future”; and “Strategic Leadership and Change Management” at the Wharton SMU Program, in Singapore. Kamran is an approved training resource for members of YPO (Young President’s Organization), headquartered in the United States.
